GoPro is the world�s leading action �image capturing� company. They defined a new marketplace, with an innovative line of small, rugged, weatherproof cameras that let anyone capture and share their lives.
Now available in over 50 countries through major retailers and online directly through gopro.com, they continue to push the boundaries of wearable, gear mounted cameras and accessories.
GoPro sought EXTRACTABLE's help in launching their newest product: the HERO3, which was smaller, lighter and two times more powerful than previous models.
The launch of this exciting new product was set for the winter holidays across the globe.
EXTRACTABLE was tasked with creating a compelling digital advertising campaign that built awareness for the product and GoPro while also generating sales online.
The HERO3 lets people easily capture exciting HD footage anywhere in the world. A concept was developed that allowed for the product and the content it produces to be the hero of each communication.
Standard IAB display ads were used to present the imagery and the product with all its features using a custom scroll experience. High impact rich-media ads and full page take overs present the product along with a stunning video shot with the HERO3 by leading extreme athletes all around the world.
The digital campaign, which was produced in various languages, was distributed on major national and international media outlets like ESPN and others.
