PAYBACK IS SWEET
It's the most wonderful time of the year. From Cyber Monday through Christmas, our mission was to engage with a series of multichannel, redemption campaigns that encouraged members to redeem their Sony Rewards points.
The Payback concept speaks to cashing in on the rewards members have earned as loyal customers. It also nods to the possibility of getting in good with friends and loved ones by gifting them some really cool stuff.
Payback was satisfying - with limited-time offers too good to pass up, at just the right time. Payback was special - with extra incentives for really, really loyal members. And, Payback was a success, exceeding redemption goals. Nice!
