- The goal of the new websiteis to provide a consistent user experience that convinces patients that their family building dreams are achievable. This includes:
-Redefine the brand narrative for Fertility Lifelines by changing the voice to be more empathetic and empowering.
-Provide support and resources that will inspire them to continue their journey
-Pull through the narrative with a new visual identity system that is applied consistently across all educational materials regardless of channel consumption
-Convey that EMD Serono is the market leader who support fertility patients through and around the barriers that come with infertility by providing a 360-support network that includes educational information, inter personal support, and financial assistance
