Community Coffee and Yes Marketing developed a welcome series with beautiful imagery and captivating content that draws new subscribers in and provides a more optimal and relevant customer experience. Utilizing dynamic product recommendations to showcase ‘just for you’ coffee blends based on known preferences, the brand was able to share their most relevant products with their new audience. To reduce unsubscribes and give consumers more control over how they would like to be communicated with, Community Coffee promoted the option to update preferences in the very first touchpoint. The welcome series incorporated a seasonally relevant sticky content ‘nugget’ within the third touch point to inspire their new audience.
The welcome series has generated an incredible 47% average open rate and a 23% average click-to-open rate across all three touchpoints. The new welcome series has garnered a $61 average order value to date.
