„Most Positive Job in the World” campaign has increased by 50% the total recognition of Chroma online printing house within 3 months. It reached up to 2 million business customers showing the guarantee of print quality in Chroma. The idea was to announce the recruitment for the most positive work in the world and to engage well-known influcencers in Poland in the searching process. The chosen employee had to be responsible for the positive consideration of the complaints. The work was not demanding - there are only a few complaints in Chroma and they are always considered in favor of the client. Recruitment process was promoted on Facebook, the largest media in Poland wrote about it, it was also run by the largest recruitment portals. Of the 1,500 candidates who sent video-applications, Chroma's clients chose the one. The winner now appears in Chroma sales advertisements. The campaign reached its goals and raised the awareness and perception of the Chroma brand.
