In celebration of National Dog Day on August, 25 2022, we waived our pet fee and launched a Facebook Ad campaign to promote Ashburn Meadows as a pet-friendly, income-restricted community. During the week-long campaign, we invited future residents to lease with their pet by August 31, 2022 to redeem the offer valued at $500. Our primary goal was to direct future residents to the property website and generate leads.
