The audience for this ad was the local community of Weldon, NC. The goal was to promote events for Halloween that were sponsored by Halifax College. The ad helped raise awareness of the event and allowed the recruitment department of Halifax approach potential students at the events. The secondary goal was to raise brand awareness of the college.
