BGT designed and developed e-mail newsletters promoting BankAtlantic’s branding and promotions. These newsletters were segmented by BankAtlantic’s key demographics (i.e., retail and business customers) displaying targeted promotions to each relevant segment.
BankAtlantic further engaged their customers through holiday-specific newsletters touting their new social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. By asking “What are you thankful for?” within the Thanksgiving e-mail newsletter, customers were able to visit BankAtlantic’s Facebook fan page where they can answer the question, view other responses and become a part of the overall conversation. E-mail was one of the big drivers of traffic to BankAtlantic channels that accurately matched the theme of the email and appeared to be a part of an overall interconnected conversation.
