Verizon needed to excite potential and existing customers about FiOS TV, their fiber optic TV service, and educate them about the many features of the FiOS Interactive Media Guide (IMG). The Interactive Media Guide Promotional Video reaches out to specific target audiences like early adopters by demonstrating the engaging new technology, busy families who need to keep things organized and under control, and couples who want to watch what they want, when they want to. Ultimately, the goal is to drive sales of FiOS TV, so we needed to entice, engage, and educate customers about the FiOS IMG features, then lead them to sign up. Our strategy was to combine entertainment and information about FiOS IMG’s capabilities, and show how it might be right for our audiences’ entertainment needs. The Interactive Media Guide Promotional Video aimed to demonstrate the superior service and value of FiOS TV in a clear and entertaining way.
