Faction Media was tasked with designing and building the Career Path Exploratory Tool for the North Central Division (NCD) of Comcast Spotlight. The new tool needed to provide Comcast Spotlight NCD with a web-based tool to help employees match their skill sets and ambitions with a wide range of positions and roles.
