As part of their Preference line, L'Oreal Paris has introduced Mousse Absolue - the first automatic and reusable hair color in the US market. This hair color innovation, best explored through the Color Command Center, allows customers to sign up for communications on pro tips, color reminders and exclusive offers. Upon customer sign up, we trigger the Mousse Absolue welcome with a starter coupon. Then, based on hair coloring cadence, we remind customers whether its time for a root or full color touch up, along with video tutorials on color applications and ways to find your perfect shade.
