Brandwide emails convey the upscale style and design sensibilities of Kimpton Hotels, representing the brand at its very best. The emails present a single promotional offer to Kimpton members, relying on a distinctive, sophisticated but unstuffy brand voice that inspires members to take action. Regional emails, meanwhile, showcase a multitude of specials pertaining to a specific region or particular hotel. Examples include escaping the winter weather, presenting a newly renovated hotel, offering Kimpton’s best rate and waived fees.
