The all-new TMP.com was re-launched with a dynamic new brand, engaging content, intuitive user experience and thoughtful architecture. As the primary sales tool for our talent acquisition technology, creative and service solutions, we employed client-centric messaging, bold design elements and customized illustrations and animations to tell our story.
These same sensibilities were extended to our recruitment brand. A careers section includes multiple explorations of TMP’s working environment, robust job search functionality and job insights – all seamlessly integrated into the main corporate site.
A significant part of the project was mapping related content to page topics – enhancing the user’s experience and understanding of what it’s like to work with TMP as a client or be a part of TMP as an employee. The integration included case studies, videos, quotes and blog posts from our SME (subject matter experts) on client-facing pages; and employee challenges, office and career spotlights and charity events on candidate-facing pages.
The entire website was built in-house on our proprietary TalentBrew Software Platform – a testament to its flexibility and functionality. Utilizing one of our own innovative creations also serves as a powerful example in the marketplace, as our clients consider our software solutions for their own talent acquisition needs.
