The goal of the Ask What ELSS campaign was to bring E.L.S.S. (also known as Equity Linked Savings Scheme - a type of Mutual Fund that offer tax benefits under the Income Tax Act in India) out from the unknown / unfamiliar space and position it as a smarter and more empowering tax-saving investment to the retail consumer.
The campaign thought is based on a key consumer insight that “we always want more”! We all multi-task or multi-ask to get the most. Why then, do we settle for a tax saving instrument that just saves tax? Hence, why settle for a tax saving instrument that just saves tax? #AskWhatELSS!
