Growing up, everyone had trading cards of their favorite sports heroes, but how often are you able to have one of yourself? The Coyotes are giving everyone the opportunity to have their own trading card with actual stats and information. Young fans are excited to add a card of themselves to their collection, and the activation allows older fans to relive the nostalgia of when they had their own card libraries. Fans stand against a backdrop of the Gila River Arena crowd and are given a Coyotes jersey to wear as the onsite staff takes their photo for the card using a Galaxy tablet. Once the photo is taken, the guest enters the personal information they want on the card (height, weight, position, etc.) before having it wirelessly printed immediately onsite. Along the hard copy of the print, the card will be emailed directly to the consumer (or parent) for easy social sharing, providing additional reach for the brand.
