This video is one of a campaign of eight designed to bring the new RBC Thrive Employment Brand to life. By revealing insights of the inner workings of the company to the outside world, we entice our audience to become a part of RBC. This video's focus is centered around one of four persona headlines featured in the Thrive Employment Brand concept, with content tailored to the RBC Employment Proposition. Each video is themed around either helping clients and communities prosper or creating new futures for the RBC employee. What is an Optimist a Maker, a Leader, a Partner at RBC? To create compelling, emotional and authentic stories, they're told by the most passionate of RBC employees who live these personas and shine a light on the company that RBC is.
