https://jobs.three.co.uk/ is the newly relaunched careers website for Three. The previous website had offered Three some movement forward in terms of reaching their organisational goals, but it was felt it needed a refresh to help demonstrate the journey of innovation that Three is on. The business goals for this website were to help find the right people to enable Three to double in size by 2021 and to showcase Three’s ‘new story’ a digital service provider not just a telecommunications company. They also wanted to hire new capabilities required to enable Three’s strategic ambitions and to highlight that Three are aligning how they work around the digital revolution. Their aim is to be the ‘Most loved brand’ by their people and customers and they wanted to help applicants understand this is something they can be part of shaping and delivering. They have put emphasis on their roles in Retail, specifically clearly highlighting the reality of these roles through advanced job description templates. As well as having goals for the business, the goals for the user was to help them understand the job and or culture role more clearly before application, as well as the job application process and steps.
