Pendry Hotels, an award-winning lifestyle hospitality brand born into the lineage of Montage Hotels & Resorts was looking for a new website to help tell their story to travelers. AZDS built a state-of-the-art website to meet the needs of the millennial traveler, offering easy access to content, intuitive architecture and navigation, and a compelling mobile experience to illustrate the unique quality of the brand — both from a design and service perspective. Using its proprietary RevRaise technology, AZDS created a completely bespoke, CRS-integrated booking engine that allows guests to enjoy a seamless transition between the Pendry website and the online reservation process. The new device-responsive website leverages cutting-edge online technology and integrations, including application-like page refreshes, drone video footage, and in-context reservation widgets to provide an increased e-commerce conversion rate.
