Best Financial Services Mobile Application
GM Financial wanted to give its customers a convenient and secure way to manage their auto financing and partnered with Perficient Digital to design and build a new mobile app that would accomplish this.
The GM Financial Mobile iOS app launched in the Apple store in November 2018. It uses API web services from GM Financial, Western Union/Speedpay, and chat vendor LivePerson to create a reliable and intuitive experience for customers, who can log in to manage payments, update personal information and preferences, chat with GM Financial representatives, and complete other account-related tasks. The app also features Touch and Face ID for iOS, to make logging in quick and easy.
The app received more 144,000 downloads within the first three months of launching, despite having had little promotion at that point, and has been well received by customers.
