Bespoke is one of the new companies entering the field of CBD oil and its benefits. The huge marketing challenge is to convince people, usually 50 and above, that CBD oil is extracted from cannabis, 1) will not affect them mentally, 2) is legal and 3) is something that is effective. These three objectives would be hard to articulate to an audience that is skeptical, already seeking multiple solutions for pain from different types of supplements. Creative Solution: To overcome this skepticism and motivate a response we decided to create a landing page, online video, Facebook and Google ads and a magalog – an infomercial in print. With these we could tell our stories in multiple ways and overcome objections in multiple ways to motivate the audience to try the product. Results and Learnings: We discovered that this market would respond positively to a new alternative to their pain solution. The campaign convinced thousands of the benefits of CBD oil and overcoming their skeptical objections. A return on the investment was 40% above the minimum expectation was achieved. On the USPS informed delivery, we got a 55.41% email open rate.
