Bailey Glasser is a law firm which tackles high stakes matters for its clients - regardless of which side of a matter the client may be on. Prior to the new site, the firm tried to capture it's positioning with two separate sites, www.baileyglasser.com and www.baileyandglasser.com. Needless to say, the old approach was confusing from both a brand and client perspective. It also diluted the fact that Bailey Glasser's unique value proposition was that it could be great on either side of a case, because it has handled matters on the opposite side. From the video that plays off the hero animation on the home page hero to the slider highlights on that same page, the new site elevates the firm to a new level, solving the old issues and validating the firm's brand engagement pillars powerfully and interactively. The approach is supplemented by custom photography, targeted messaging, interactive forms for those seeking help, and powerful calls to action throughout the site. New site has resulted in an exponential increase in claims filed and inquiries from other firms about referral work.
