To establish Vertex GPS as a support program that truly cares about each individual, we told the brand’s story with a video featuring a real patient, caregiver, HCP, and Patient Support Specialist, Jenna. Papercraft elements created from Jenna’s POV not only represent GPS services, but also the human touch that each specialist provides.
This tangible human kindness now extends through all Vertex GPS patient communications, reflecting the individual support provided to each of our 14,000+ patients and caregivers.
