Best Restaurant Email Message

While Yard House may be better known as a gathering place for craft beer, great food, and fantastic music, brunch enthusiasts were in for a treat when the brand added a brunch menu and extended hours on the weekends. This email campaign enticed diners with an interactive carousel, which allowed them to click through multiple dishes on the Brunch menu. Each email was personalized with business hours that were dynamically populated based on the diner’s location. Secondary story-telling content offered up “3 Ways to Brunch” with details on popular brunch dishes. Finally, who can resist saying “cheers to the weekend” with bottomless Mimosas? This campaign successfully drove engagement and awareness of Yard House’s brunch offering and exceeded campaign goals, generating a click rate of 1.53% and a unique click to open rate of 8.56%.
