Background: Mortgage Brokers and advisors are fully aware of traditional mortgages; how they work and which financial institution to recommend to their clients. But unlike traditional mortgages, Manulife One offers many unique benefits that many brokers and advisors are unaware of – and ultimately uncomfortable in recommending to their clients. The objective: To educate advisors and brokers about Manulife One, and how it can benefit their clients. Our approach: We deployed an email to brokers and advisors that contained a link that would drive them to their personalized video. PV enables us to create fully customized and interactive experiences for customers – each chapter of the video focused on a different benefit and they could skip or replay the content. By the end of the video, they could also explore an interactive calculator to further demonstrate the value of MOne for their clients. Please note: The URL provided is personalized to "Seanna".
