Best Credit Union Integrated Ad Campaign
Our client Valley Strong Credit Union’s goal was to uncover which digital ads created new accounts and funded loans, and which did not. Then with that information, they would focus their budget only on the top performing ads.
But initially, there was a rather large roadblock: banks and credit unions cannot track the customer journey from the initial ad click all the way to opening an account or receiving a funded loan.
Nettra solves this problem by leveraging fintech/martech solutions that track the customer from their ad click to an opened account or funded loan, all while respecting customer privacy. We then optimize our digital ad campaigns using this funded application data, ultimately achieving an industry-best return on advertising spend.
Nettra applied our attribution approach to our Google Search and Display campaign for Valley Strong Credit Union (VSCU) . At the time our Google Search Ad campaign was already performing at a 24% CTR (click through rate) so when we optimized their campaign with funded application data, the VSCU Google Ads campaign increased the monthly ROAS to a peak of 14:1.
Manuel Valencia, our Google Ads rep, reviewed our campaign’s performance and said “This campaign has the highest conversion rate I’ve ever seen...the ads are performing in the top 3% for financial institutions in the US.”
