Utilizing outbound email, paid search and banner ads, the campaign was targeted to potential investors in a 400 mile drive radius of the property. The campaign skewed to adults 40+ with a household income of $100,000+.
With a $9,000 budget, the campaign message received over 450,000 branding impressions, 16,450 total clicks, 76 total registrations, 33 new eNewsletter opt-ins. Permission eMails had a 28.19% click-thru-rate.
