In 2009, the goal of our marketing campaign entitled "Flexibility" was to deliver the main message of flexible solutions, partnering with our clients and how we conduct business in accordance with generating sales leads.
We posed the question to the target audience “How flexible is your physician recruitment partner?” In answering that question, the elements of:
- Listening to their needs
- Finding a solution that will save them time
- Lowering their recruitment costs
- Delivering more qualified candidates
- Increasing their chances of hiring and keeping their candidate of choice
The elements were all addressed in the message. These pain points coupled with Cejka Search's proven success process and comprehensive candidate outreach, including advanced, interactive marketing technologies completed the message.
The call to action was for prospects to sign up for a search and they would receive a "Premier Interactive Marketing Package" - a $10,000 value - which included:
