The MEMORY-FX Product Training microsite is an interactive application designed to educate Health Care Professionals on a new product to Afexa Life Sciences. Along with the launch of the new product and website, Afexa understood the value in educating individual sellers or professionals recommending the product which is currently being offered in Health Food Stores. In collaboration with BlueRush, the Product Training tool presented this specific audience first with a Rich Media introduction video and detailed product overview. These videos highlighted “how the product works” and “how the product is made”.
After watching these videos, users are prompted to briefly test their knowledge when approached by specific questions in regards to the product. In this section of the tool, wrong answers are confronted with a description similar to what they had previously heard in the video section in order to allow them to correct their answers before proceeding to a results page.
The overall goal of this interactive Rich Media application not only provided product education and awareness, but also made the product training stand out from others in the market, and to encourage Health Care Provider’s to try it out. Upon completion of the videos and test, users are encouraged to take an opportunity to sample the new product, MEMORY-FX.
This compelling training and user experience has driven average user’s times on site to over 4.5 minutes.
