IQ developed this Microsoft Windows Phone 7 application for Tesco, the UK supermarket chain, as a mobile companion to their Real Food Web site.
The app is built on Microsoft’s new Windows Phone 7 platform, and allows customers to search and browse for recipes, see recipe ingredients, and mark recipes as favorites for later viewing. It also allows customers to find their nearest Tesco store using the GPS functionality of the phone. IQ designed and built the app based on the Microsoft “Metro” design framework and Silverlight for Windows Phone, and it is one of two applications IQ created to support the launch of this new mobile platform.
