In order to motivate cruising guests of Disney Cruise Line to participate in our new online check in service, we created an animated short starring Goofy to showcase the benefits of using the service -- and showing what happens if you don't in a humorous way. The feature represents the first time a Disney character was used to promote a parks and resorts service and was created in partnership with Disney Feature Animation, in the style of the classic Disney Features.
