The New York Palace has over 63K email addresses in its database. We wanted to send an email campaign to the entire list to quickly generate bookings and a high ROI, during a period when the hotel had low occupancy.
Copywriters crafted an email campaign promoting a two-nights stay package, offering 15% off the lowest available rate. In-house designers then designed an email template based off the design of the website. The email was deployed on January 18, 2012. The subject line of the email was �Make Midtown Manhattan Your New Year�s Destination.� Results so far are as follows:
