In 2011 Investec Specialist Private Bank launched a new �1million pound mortgage product. The key objective was to build brand awareness of Investec mortgages and to let people know that they were lending to direct clients who wanted a high end residential and investment mortgages.
The main message they wanted to get across to their target market of High Net Worth Individuals was that their residential mortgages are custom-built, and not formulaic. They understand individual clients and will take into account the income and wealth of the client and not simply the value of the mortgaged property.

The animation appears on Investec�s own website, on their internal screens and is used in corporate hospitably suites at the Derby Festival and at Tottenham Hotspur and on large outdoor screens where appropriate. It also appeared on Racing UK and www.tottenhamhotspur.com/
