An apartment community is only as vibrant as the people living in it, so when UDR approached Standing Dog with the request to make a Facebook app to advertise their property, we wanted to blur the lines between their existing social media pages and their website. By providing much of the vital information about their property on the Facebook app, potential residents could quickly flip between the property details and the social events taking place. Furthermore, the interactive videos provide a much better idea of the physical spaces residents would live in, allowing visitors to the app to explore and virtually experience public areas. An apartment availability tab lets visitors who decide on 95 Wall Apartments to find quickly a floor plan to their liking. This app’s blend of social and practical, utilitarian and personable features finds a pitch perfect voice to speak to potential residents; after all, in one of the world’s busiest cities, people want information fast, yet when they find the time, they also appreciate the ability to experience the world around them, talk to their neighbors, and enjoy their community.
