By Christmas 2012, over 50% of email opens were going to be on mobile devices�leading marketers across the board scrambling to ensure the optimal experience for all of their users. Beauty giant L'Oreal enlisted our creative services for help. So we designed a gorgeous email with a responsive design, meaning that elements of email could stack, shift and hide depending on where a user opened it. The result? Whether a customer viewed the email on a desktop or a small screen in the palm of her hand, all of the text was clear, readable (no pinching or zooming!) and utterly seamless.
